  • Customer is responsible for return shipment fees.
  • We provide a 30 day manufacturer's warranty which covers any damage or defect to the item due to manufacturing issues within the first 30 days after purchase. Items purchased that fall outside the 30 day manufacturer’s warranty window are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty*. 
  • Items purchased though a third-party seller (a seller other than must be returned to the original seller which the item was purchased for replacement or refund. 
  • Only one return allowed per address per order within a 30 day period. Please contact us with any questions about the above policies. 

  • When ordering sized items please contact us about any questions you may have about sizing. We need your help to minimize unnecessary returns by purchasing multiple sizes then returning the ones that do not fit.
  • Personalized, closeout and sale item purchases are final and do not qualify for refunds and/or exchanges.

Please note: Any foreign (outside the USA) orders placed directly with must pay shipping, handling, and any import or export related expenses for both directions of the shipment.
