Ground = Last day - Dec. 16 (orders received by 8am Dec. 17)
2nd day = Dec. 17 -19 (orders received by 8am Dec. 20)
Overnight = Dec 20-21 (orders received by 3pm Dec. 22)
We like to keep it current and up to date so you can look forward to seeing new products every Spring and Fall.
While we don't anticipate anything on your Karma product needing replacing, we understand that things can happen when you add little ones into the mix. For replacement part requests, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.

Karma takes great pride in producing quality products and will happily replace any defective items. Contact us within 30 days of receipt of goods, and we'll issue a return authorization. We will then issue a credit memo for verified defective merchandise or merchandise not in agreement with the purchase order.
All unused items, purchased from Karmagifts.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund equal to your original order total. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags and labels attached.
If you are returning items for exchange or refund, please note that all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer (this is you). All shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return / exchange is due to an error by Karma (that's us). To return an item(s) for refund or exchange, please click here to download the Product Return or Exchange form. This form must be completed & included in the box with the returned merchandise. We tried to make it as easy as possible, but feel free to call us with any questions, concerns, suggestions or general encouragement.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or call our customer service team at 806-791-2877 (M-F, 8am-5pm CST). This includes defective merchandise, or items damaged during shipping.
At this time, we offer shipping to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. If you need an item shipped overseas, feel free to contact us about our international retailers.
