If your order is being shipped to a Texas address, we must include sales tax on your purchase. There is no sales tax included if your order is not being shipped within Texas.

Karma takes great pride in producing quality products and will happily replace any defective items. Contact us within 30 days of receipt of goods, and we'll issue a return authorization. We will then issue a credit memo for verified defective merchandise or merchandise not in agreement with the purchase order.

Yes, if your order has a personalized item it will affect shipping times. Our current estimated time for personalization*: 3-4 business days.

No, not at this time. If you'd like to ship items to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each one.

Our standard ground option is the only option that can ship to a PO Box at this time.
